sarya AKA swoo (沙拉）is a bear-hooded singer-songwriter poet from Taipei. Originally a spoken word poet, she started to make music in 2016. Her music is best defined by being depressingly existential with notes of humour. sarya’s vocal styles have been compared to those of Dolores O’Riorden, Lara Marling, and is largely inspired by Scandi-pop.
